Terms of Service – ELVT

Welcome to ELVT. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms of service:

1. Purpose
ELVT operates as a dropshipping retailer and ships products directly through our third-party partners. These terms apply to all customers of our website.

2. Orders

  • All orders are final once payment is confirmed.

  • We reserve the right to request proof of identity or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud or violation of these terms.

3. Payment

  • Payment must be completed by the methods shown on the site; ELVT never stores your payment information.

  • Any declined payment will result in the automatic cancellation of the order.

4. Shipping

  • Shipping times are estimates only. ELVT is not responsible for delays, losses, or extra fees caused by carriers or customs authorities.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Any return request must be made via admin@elvt.info and approved before shipping the product back.

  • The return address will be provided after approval; any parcel returned to an unauthorized address will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.

6. Non-Returnable Products
Custom items, sale items, hygiene products, perishable goods, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

7. Limitation of Liability
ELVT will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from product use, shipping delays, or customer-input errors. Our liability is limited to the total value of the relevant order.

8. Fraud Prevention
Any fraudulent activity, abusive use, or repeated unjustified returns will result in account suspension, blocked orders, and future refund refusal. We reserve the right to request additional proof at any time.

9. Privacy

  • While we aim to reply within 24 to 48 business hours, this is a guideline and non-binding. Delayed replies do not entitle customers to any compensation or liability from ELVT.

These terms may be updated at any time. The applicable version is the one published at the time of order.

12. Disputes
In case of dispute, the exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts at ELVT’s registered office, unless otherwise stipulated by law.
