Return & Refund Policy

At ELVT, customer satisfaction is our priority while ensuring a fair process for everyone.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached and proof of purchase.

  • Start your return by emailing us at admin@elvt.info with your order number and clear photos of the product received.

  • All returns require prior authorization from our customer support. Items sent back without our approval will not be accepted.

Return Address

  • As a dropshipping operation, our return address depends on the supplier and the product. Do not return any product to the sender address on the package or to the manufacturer.

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the specific address for your return.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping fees are generally paid by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was received. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. For any defects, damages, or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos and a detailed description. We will promptly resolve the problem—either through a replacement or a refund.

Non-returnable Items

  • The following items are not eligible for return: final sale products, personalized or custom items, perishable goods, gift cards, health and personal care items, and any item explicitly marked as non-returnable at purchase.

Fraud Prevention

  • For your safety and ours, all returns are subject to quality inspection, and any abuse of our return policy (e.g., repeated returns, fraudulent claims) may result in refusal of future returns or orders.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed after return approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@elvt.info.
